Rule modeler profile

Hi,

I am working in CHARM configuration, i am trying create a Approval Procedure for RFC. While creating approval procedure it is asking something called "RULE MODELER PROFILE" so can any one please explain me what is Rule Modeler Profile and why we are using it in approval procedure.
