How to derive complete BOM from ECTR

Could you please describe details what you want?

It is easy to derive BOM by menu "derive BOM from BOD" from right click one assembly in ECTR.

Thank you for your response...

I am able to derive the BOM but only at first level hierarchy of the complete assembly, i.e only on the subassembly level or first level parts in the tree structure..

Then I have to goto respective subassembly levels and derive BOM for each subassemblies to display the full BOM finally for the toplevel assembly...

Is there any settings that I can derive BOm at one go for the top level assembly only and when displayed the BOM is derived for all the hierarchy level in the tree structure.

Hi Arun，

Of course ECTR can not derive whole BOM structure follow all level hierarchy BOD one time.

Its theory is same as "CS01" in sap gui.

If you want to create BOM for sub-item in sap gui BOM structure, you need to create BOM again by “CS01”.

just a quick question on the BOM derivation from ECTR..

Is it possible to pass the SOLIDWORKS attributes onto SAP MATBOM like the quantity, operation scrap etc...from ECTR
