Creating and Broadcasting Message notifications

Hello

I need some information from C4C experts. If they have received any such requirements

Is there any way to send Mass email notifications to all C4C users informing them about some event or message.

In Business Analytics we have broadcasting feature , but we have to assign a Object e.g. report or a dashboard.

Here we just want to broadcast a message and send a email to all the system users or set of users to whom we want to inform about a event e.g. system downtime, or some content uploaded in the Library that they should review

Does SAP product management have a plan to introduce such feature,

If it is already available then please advice.

You can use either sending Campaign Emails or Email Blasts, you can find the below Blogs for the same.

Hi Piyush,

Apart from News Authoring, you could also define a Target group in the system and then trigger Email blast. Hope this works for you.

Soon, you will be able to trigger email blasts to employees as well.

DO you have any guide on how to set up News Authoring

I see the work center view under Application and User Management,

Also have set up a News feed. but where would the user see the latest news feed . How to set up the tile on the home screen, we are using RUI
