BLANK adobe form when deployed

Hi

After many errors and obsatcles ,I could deploy a simple adobe application.But it just shows a blank white screen with script error saying

Undefined error.

I have configured the ADS in NW2004s

Please help me .I have ACF installed as i can deploy adobe forms in another server NW2004.

But when i try to run in NW2004s i get such a screen

Hi,

The reason it doesn't work is because ACF files are different between nw04 and nw04s (check SAP note 766191).

As of nw04s SP09 latest hotfix, you have also the possibility to use Interactive Forms with ZCI (Zero Client Installation) for which you don't need ACF.

But what could be possible way out to make it work now in the same client .

Cant deploy in both servers using the same client ?

Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to use interactive forms running on different environments, as only one ACF installation is possible at the same time on the client.

A solution could be to upgrade to nw04s SP11 and use ZCI, which can be used for next versions.

In a productive environment, very often there are multiple servers running ADS, and they have the same SPS level. Or there is one ADS-only server.

I solved my issue from the SAP note u have given .Installing the ACF for NW2004s sp10 solved it
