ESS/MSS Pre-requisite before DB Restore/Recovery for CRM/ECC

Dear Experts,

We have to perform DB Restore/Recovery for CRM/ECC system. ESS/MSS is integrated with ECC/CRM. What precautions/screen shots we need to take before proceeding with restore/recovery with PRD Backup.

Dear Mohammed,

Hope you are doing good.

I would say:

-> make a note of the SLD settings.

-> the JCo destinations (ESS/MSS still uses the old ARFC model).

-> stop the connected SAP Application Server JAVAs / other servers till the upgrade is done if possible.
