Installation of Lumira 1.28

Good day SAP Community,

We are undergoing installation of Lumira 1.28 and we have come across this hiccup:

Any specialist out there who would like to take an attempt at it?

We tried the HALM command line tool to import the Lumira Server 28 Delivery Unit .

The force option -f is not recognized . The -o ALLOW_DU_SAME_VERSION gives a different message .Below is the output of both commands.

BATSSERP00:/hana/shared/HDB/hdbclient> ./hdbalm install -f yes /hana/shared/SW/lumira/DATA_UNITS/SAP_LUMIRA_SERVER_1/LUMIRASERVER28_0.ZIP

no such option: -f

BATSSERP00:/hana/shared/HDB/hdbclient> ./hdbalm install -o ALLOW_DU_SAME_VERSION /hana/shared/SW/lumira/DATA_UNITS/S/LUMIRASERVER28_0.ZIP

Password:

At least Version 1.4.0 of delivery unit HANA_XS_LM is required to run this command.

Its Lumira Server for HANA deployment

Hi Guy,

As mentioned in the article above, deployment on Cloud and HANA is not supported anymore. Even though you are trying to use 1.28 version, I guess the support cycle is complete and they wont let any new installations.

You would want to consider version 1.31 and the BI Platform as the deployment method.
