Error when executing save. changelist doesn't exists

I try to change Communication Channel through standart web service CommunicationChannelInImplBean in SAP BASIS component

I send 3 Channels to change, for two channels was successfully created changelists and i activate them. Third changelist was empty and i delete it.

Now i have one channel with status in process and can't change it anymore. With web-service or in Integration Directory. Error when executing save changelist doesn't exists

How to clear status "in process" if i have not changelist?

After Cash Refresh for this channel i have this message:

Found 28 objects instead of expected 1 object for the single cache refresh with ID 23bXXXc608e11e6XXX00d8ce9ff

check for inconsistency in DB with SAP Note #1399960 - Database Inconsistency for changelists.

Have you tried right-clicking on the object and then select "Reject Change"?

Object is looks like activated. And it's look like all changes that i try to make with Directory API is active. But i can't change it anymore. And I am afraid that I can not even remove it now It works fine and i don't want to delete it now, because many ico involve it
