HANA DB replication feature in SP12

Hi,

I am working with a client who is going for DR drill. They have Primary and DR site at 2 different geographic locations and currently data replication from Primary to DR is going over WAN network in ASync mode.

During the DR drill, DR site will be active and Primary will be on standby.

Till SP11, I find that for setting up replication from DR to Primary, full load sync from DR HANA DB to that in Primary needed.

With SP12, will delta log replication from DR to Primary work when DR site is active and primary is set as standby? I am specifically refering to DR drill scenario.

Hi,

To establish a HSR once more, most likely a full data shipping is needed, either you are using data shipping or delta log shipping.
