DNYP_TOO_MANY_RADIOBUTTONS_ON error for "Define Number Range for Provisioning requests"

Hi,

We are currently using GRC 10.1 SP 11. I am trying to execute Define Number Range for Provisioning Requests in SPRO -> GRC -> Access Control -> User Provisioning -> Define Number Range for Provisioning Requests. When executed I get the error too many radio buttons on. Request your help on how to proceed with this.

I have also attached the screen shot of the error.

Thank you,

Regards,

Praman.

Hi Praman,

As I can see this setting refered to view GRACV_CUPNR. You can try to maintain it either with se16 or sm30.

If it impossible, try to change the last column (ACTIVE) of table GRACNUMRANGE, i.e. leave just one X.

Artem

Hi Artem,

Thanks for the reply. I am not able to change the view GRACV_CUPNR. How do I change the table GRACNUMRANGE. I wont be able to change it from SE16.

Thank you,

Hello Praman,

Go to SE16 and type the table GRACNUMRANGE and click on new entries

This will take you to the view GRACV_CUPNR.

Once you are there, you select only one radio button as active (X).
