No site templates in FLP-Portal

Hi all,

I am trying to create a new fiori launchpad using FLP-portal, but in doing so i don't see any site templates, not even the basic ones which are pre-configured and should be there.

I have attached the screenshot of the issue.

Can somebody help me in solving this issue.

Are you able to see any errors in the network and/or console of the browser?

If yes, can you please share it ?

Neither the console nor network show any error(s).

Is your account a productive or trial account?

I will need admin access to your account to further investigate. If this account is a productive account, kindly add my SAP user (i068162) as a member in the account. Otherwise, could you send me your credentials by email to guy.roth@sap.com?

My account is trial account and i use SSO for login.

So it is not possible for me to provide you credentials.

Hi Kushagra,

I would advise you to create a new trial user using a different email address and see if the issue reproduces. If it does, perhaps you can share the new trial user's credentials, as we have no way of investigating the issue without reproducing it ourselves.
