Duplicate BP Id getting Created

Hi Experts,

Need one help , when were are trying to create BP for one user via BP_Gen Duplicate BP's are getting created for same user.

Could you please help me in this issue and suggest how to avoid doing this.

Hi Rohan,

BP_GEN will look for an email id match between the User ID profile and the Business partners. If there is a match then the BP_GEN will update the details to the same existing Business partner record. If there is no email match found among the Business partners a new BP is created.
