Special Stock Partner In Sales Order

Hi Friends,

I have an issue.

I have configured to maintain Special Stock Partner (SB) in Ship-to customer. I have not made it mandatory.

Below is the scenario:

1. I have Sold-to with multiple Ship-to

2. Each Ship-to associated with specific SB partner

3. When I create an Consignment Fill-up and enter my Sold-to it pops-up with Ship-to (A) to choose. When I choose the Ship-to, my SB partner gets linked to my Order (pulling it from selected Ship-to).

I am fine with #3 above.

ISSUE: -->

When I change the Ship-to (from A to B), the SB partner function associated with B, does not get pull in to the Order automatically.

Just to let you know - I had gone through . But it didn't help.

Hi Santi,

check oss notes 1927107 and 550073. Partner determination is run when you create a document. Once determined if you change a partner SAP doesn´t redetermine partners again unless you change sold-to.

Try user exit MV45AFZZ USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE.

Hi,

Did you set partner procedure correct? With below setting in VOPAN - C = "Partner function from customer master table KNVP) it should work.

I tested it and have no issue.

Setup: sold to A with ship to B and C

B and C have different SB partner. Sold to A does not have SB partner.

Order for A with ship to B, gets SB partner from ship to B.

Changing in order ship to C, gets SB partner from ship to C.

Maybe user exit or something blocking the correct behavior? We are on 7.40 EHP7

I changed the set up as you suggested. In this case, the SB partner is not at all flowing to Sales Order.

At least in my earlier set up when I had done 'Source = SH', it was coming for the first instance.

The issue which I am facing while changing it from one SH to another SH. The SB associated with 2nd SH party does not flow to Sales Order.

There are no enhancement is done with regards to partner function.

If anyone can suggest, It would be great.
