Fixed order Value

Hi Gurus .

I have the following requirement. For some of the customers when the Client sends good he wants the order value to be fixed irrespective of the quantity.

There needs to be condition record maintained for the the customer/ material from the order value will be determined for that condition type.

i am not able to find any condition type which will give a fixed order value irrespective of the quantity. and i want to achieve this at the header level.

what will be the condition type or how can we achieve this.

Hi Zahid,

Follow the below steps to achieve your requirement.

1. create a new condition type by copying pr00 (ex zp01) maintain calculation type 'B'-fixed Amount

2. place this new condition type just below your original base price condition type in your pricing procedure

3. maintain the condition records for customer material combination for this new condition type

4.now create the sales order and test it. it will work fine.
