Hello collegues,
I've faced with the strange behaviour of workflow on my GRC 10.0 SP23.
User gets remind messages that she need to take a decision regarding request 7008. But she cannot do it because the request contains a system that is not in use anymore.
I tried to cancel it through request administration, but couldn't find.
Then I found in debug logs task ID and made logical deletion (following instructions here)
After this operation I saw in the debug log this status:
However, the user still gets notifications.
I though that I could cancel the request using the program for stale request, but it didn't allow to set a request number.
Do you have any ideas how to cancel the request?
Regards,
Artem
Hi Artem,
You can try the program "GRFNMW_MANUAL_INSTANCE_CANCEL" for cancelling the request.
For selecting the MSMP instance ID use the help icon and enter the request no in External Key Displ field and search , you will get the instance ID.
Try the regular cancel option first. If this does not work then you can abort the request by specifying the appropriate reason.
Also , remove the lock entries for the instance in SM12 if any before executing the program.
Regards,
Manju
