Solution Manager Installation error in ABAP Import phase

Hi Experts,

We are trying to Install SAP Solution Manager 7.1 in our landscape, but in the installation process is getting error in "ABAP Import" phase. We use different Kernel and patches , R3 load to overcome this issue, but we can't..... Can any one help us to resolve this issue,

Attaching the import_monitor.java.log, SAPSSEXC.log, SAPSPROT.log.............

The problem solved by download new Installation export and Database File

Hi sajmal,

Is it possible to reboot the server once?

Delete the SAPSPROT.TSK.bck from C:\Program files\sapinst.......\CENTRAL\AS directory. After delete the file reboot the server once.

If the problem still exist at the same phase, try to download the media again and start with new installation.

If not solved, then, I would like you to go through the below 1st,

'Migration Monitor' exits with error code 103 | SCN

So, it seems that you need to manually restart your database & then continue/start the installation again.

have u set the environment variables feor /home? If it is not please set env and try to restart the installation.

I think you have to download the latest r3load from SAP SMP and then retry the same phase.

we are try that already, use different Latest R3 load, we replace the Kernels R3 load with new version, but still the same issue.

Could you try to rename these two files and "Retry" again?

C:\Program Files\sapinst_instdir\SOLMAN71\SYSTEM\SYB\CENTRAL\AS\SAPSSEXC.TSK.bck

C:\Program Files\sapinst_instdir\SOLMAN71\SYSTEM\SYB\CENTRAL\AS\SAPSPROT.TSK.bck
