Admin page blank screen after configuration all fiori steps.

Hi All,

I have configured some of the employee and manager apps in front end and backend system.

but while login in to admin page we have getting blank sreen (attached).Please check and let us know the root cause.

I have implemented below basics steps  for fiori implementation.

Below steps are implemented in front end system.

1. activated below odata services

 /UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CONF

 /UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_PERS

 /UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CUST

 /UI2/INTEROP

 /UI2/TRANSPORT

2. activated below UI5 services.

/default_host/sap/bc/ui2/nwbc

 /default_host/sap/bc/ui2/start_up

 /default_host/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ar_srvc_launch

 /default_host/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ar_srvc_news

 /default_host/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/arsrvc_upb_admn

 /default_host/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell

 /default_host/sap/public/bc/ui2/default_host/sap/public/bc/ui5_ui5

3. Assigned below roles to admin user.

/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CONF

/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_PERS 

/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CUST

/UI2/INTEROP

/UI2/TRANSPORT

4. created a trusted rfc's and assigned the system alias to standard launch pad odata service  to local system alias.

Please attached screenshots and please guide me how to fix the issues.

Sry for the confusion, actually my issue is there is no catlogs and groups in admin page in the production system.

So we have a one TR i.e admin and catlogs related in the development system .we thought fix the issue after import the TR in to PRD system but there is no visible in TR's in the  admin page.

Please advise what is the root cause about catlogs and groups not appear in admin page.

Hi Vijay- Can you add the Fiori admin roles to your ID in Prod system?

for testing purpose: copy all roles from dev to prod under admin ID, I hope that will help you to resolve this kind of issues in Fiori launchpad.

-> Clear global and client cache

-> Add Fiori admin roles

You need to have a customizing request.

Go to the SE01 and create a customizing request.

Masa,

Thank for your quick response.

This is the production system so we are unable to create customizing TR.

We have implemented fiori in the DEV system  already in dev  system one custmizing tr (admin tiles and catlog)  so imported into production system.

but it seems to be same issue.

Hi Vijay,

Do you mean that transported catalogs and groups are not available in the Fiori Launchpad for end users? ( Not launchpad designer)

No,for admin page settings we are unable to see the catlogs and groups.

and unable to  view the TR's in admin page.

Hi Vijay,

I just get confused what you are going to do and what is the showstopper.

+ Does Launchpad Designer work in DEV system?

+ Does transported objects available in Fiori Launchpad?

+ Are you going to change objects in the production system?

Hi Masa,

Yes,Dev system is working fine.

But we have a struck up with production system,while we have setup a new catalogs and groups in admin page in the production system it is showing blank screen as well as go to setting in the admin page option we are not able get the TR option.

Please advise what is the root cause.

So you want to change customizing objects in the production system, right?

Please verify whether you have assigned the required roles and authorizations as given in the blog for the launchpad designer.

The error says a customizing request is missing.

Select the config icon at right top and assign a customizing request.

Thanks for your quick response,

Yes, I was trying to import the transport request but not able visible transport option.

showing like this.

We have implemented all UI5-SP13 notes as per our ui5 component version.

http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-65964

and while executing ui2/Launchpad odata service we are getting return code 200.

but select entity type as Navitargets.

Click on execute button we are getting a error code 500.

Please suggest how to resolve the issue.
