Diagnostic Agent over two Saprouter

Hi

i tried to configure a Diagnostic Agent in a DMZ, so i have to go over two Saprouters to reach the Solution Manager. After the installation I followed post External diagnostic agent | SCN

to set up the connection. I open the Ports in SAPRouter.

But now i get this Error at the internal Saprouter:

Thu Aug 11 11:15:44 2016 CONNECT FROM C445/- host Extern-Saprouter/43202 ()

Thu Aug 11 11:15:44 2016 CONNECT TO   S445/84 host Solution Manager/3299 *** NATIVE ROUTING ***

Thu Aug 11 11:15:44 2016 CONNECT ERR  S445/84 connection refused, *** NATIVE ROUTING ***

The connection string in Diagnostic Agent in runtime.properties is:

smd.agent.connection.saprouter=/H/Extern-Saprouter/S/3299/H/Internal-Saprouter/S/3299/H/Solution Manager Host/S/3299

smd.agent.connection.transport=SAPRouter

There is no firewall problem. In the SAP System from the DA-Host,RFC-Connections are working fine over two Saprouters to the Solution Manager.

HI,

i solved it. I deinstalled the Diagnostic Agent and installed it fresh. While the installation prozess i was able to give the installer the saprouter string which worked:

/H/Extern-Saprouter/S/3299/H/Intern-Saprouter
