Model user issue

Hi experts,

We are on grc 10.1sp12 and having issues with model user

In cup model user request, when we search for the modeluser, the userid is displayed twice in case sensitive. We had datasource settings as grc box and ldap. In access request it dispalys only one user but in model user search its displaying 2 users ..1 from grc box and other from ldap. We had realtime ldap search paramter is yes.

While creating Model user request, we selected all roles from the model users, but few roles are coming as Remove action. After analysis we found that thise roles are assigned to the requesting user. Is is the correct behaviour or any config parameter is present.
