Packing specification identifier is not getting determined

Hi,

We are getting problem when vendor is trying to use "Automatic packing". Error - No packing specifications available to perform automatic packing". But packing specifications are created and assigned in product master. I believe there is problem with packing specification determination. Any idea how to maintain condition record for packing spec. determination?

Have you used any space or hyphen in packaging specification ID? if yes then remove it and try.

Please check the status of packaging specification. If its new the press Activate button to activate it.

Also check if you have assigned packaging specification to product correctly.
