Custom fields values dissapear after final approval on Supplier UI..

Dear Team,

The custom field values on the supplier UI disappears after final approval in a 2 level approval process, but the BUT000 record is getting created with the values entered in the UI. If I click on the request number in "MY REQUEST" the values are not visible in the UI though it is present in the BUT000 record.

Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

Hi Tushar,

Can you please check whether the SMT is configured correctly.

Particularly check BP_BP_CENTRL_2STA mapping.

Hi Tushar,

Its indeed an issue with mapping, please the check the active area mapping for the entity.

Also, as it is not displayed in the Supplier form, it is not getting saved in the ECC tables surely. Please check if you have added in the ECC tables that you want to save or the generated tables(if you are trying to save data in flex mode).

Hi Ashwini,

The field values are getting saved in BUT000. But, after the final approval the field values are empty in the UI. If I look into the BUT000 table for the BP created, I'm able to see the values. (SE11)

If I search for the BP In MDG and open the BP, I can't see the values in the UI. So, I guess the mapping from the database to the UI is at fault, but I can't find where.. It's a re-use model.

Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
