Provisioning issue from IDM to Portal system

Dears,

Currently we are facing while provisioning roles to Non-SAP system from IDM

Please find attached the repository defined for Non-SAP Portal

While assigning roles  from IDM to SAP system it is successfully reflecting to SAP backend systems but changes are not reflecting from IDM to Portal system...and for the same getting below error in JDBC connection

JDBCHandler Constructor failed  connecting to DB jdbc:oracle:thin:sapidm/********

java.lang.Throwable: Io exception : The network Adapter could not establish the connection

Hi DP,

I am provisioning to non-sap portal. We define repository type as database and same configuration is working fine in IDM Dev system.

Below screenshot of repository -->Constants--> =DBCONNECTION

We suspect something is not correct in Host/Port/SID values

we tried giving different options like only host name , port=1521 only etc...but still it is giving error

Issue is resolved after changing host name to IP address...
