Alert inbox view

Hello Team,

     We are using SAP PI 7.11. I have created alert mechanism. But, when I see the alert inbox and alert configuration pages in RWB. The look isn't the regular or fully. Please find the screen shots for the same.

     

   

     Please let me know how to change the view.

Hi Ravi,

it looks like the rendering of the pages are not correct. Please try dfferent browsers - better would be IE. Check the product availablity matrix for 7.11 PI to see what browser types are supported. For exampe if the OS is on windows 8 and the PI is on SP12 or newer than IE 11 should work too.

It also worth to install the newest SP stack for the PI system to get the latest fixes, it can also help to solve such problems.

Posted screenshot is fine. Alert inbox view is regular and same for all.

I don't think we can change the alert view.
