Certificate Authority integration with SAP Mobile Secure

Dear All,

We have been using SAP Mobile Secure on cloud and all our employees are registered with it. Now, we have a new requirement to push user based X.509 certificate from our Certificate Authority which is not yet integrated with SAP Mobile Secure.

If we integrate, can we push the certificate automatically from MDM or the certificate will be pushed only to the people who enrolls after CA integration?

Dear Abu Sandeep,

Greetings!!

You can add the User certificate/X.509 certificate through Enrollment Policy, WIFI Policy and VPN Policy and push them to the devices. This way users can get the certificates on their devices.

For existing devices,if you would like to push these cert you can re-enroll the device with the updated enrollment policy(include X.509 cert). The cert should be on the device if you enroll the device with the enrollment policy(include X.509 cert).
