Substitute Article - Logic

Hi,

I need to apply logic on substitute article in stock transport order. Can someone explain how to do it. Scenario is there are several line items of article in STO, suppose one particular line item let say line item number 10 is not available than it is replace with substitute article at the end with same qty or less qty.

Can anyone guide me to do this.
