Configure Manager Look-Up in ARM for GRC 10.1

Hello consultant

We have installed SAP GRC AC 10.1 (V1100 GRCFND_A 0013)

We have configurated "Request Access" with user detail data soyrce HR system(user data type)

In our HR system we have been installed the following patches:

GRCPINW V1000_700 0023

GRCPIERP V1000_700 0021

When we are creating a request for access to the system does not display the "manager"

There are other fields that the system automatically displays.(first name , last name , job , position , email ....)

In our HR system we have configurated HR org management (infotype 105 ..)

Please , could you help us?

Hi Marco,

Check note 1635411 - Manager not retrieved during request creation when the detail data source is an HR system - and maintain path id A002 or B012 according.

We have check note 1635411 , and we have add B012 but we the system don't look-up "manager" filed

Can you remove the config parameter 5021 in the GRC System.

We had 5021 to NO , but we have deleted this parameter but the problem persists.

Hi Daniel,

Do you have LDAP and HR both maintained as the user detail data source or only HR?.

If it is only HR have you correctly maintained the user data type as HR for the HR connector in user detail data source.
