Config behind process route task in Engineerin Record

Guys,

we are trying to create a Global Process Route Template for a specific Engineering Record type.

We copied the standard CRED ER type, but I guess we're missing some config as when we try to add tasks to the Global Process Route Template it is not possible to do so:

The activity drop down is empty so assume we are missing some customizing. Any ideas where I can find the IMG node for assigning activities to ER type?

Hi Kenneth,

if I remember correctly there are some settings required in Case Management.

Did you take a look at IMG... Case Management - Set Process Route - Define Activities for Process Route ?
