HI Gurus ,
I need a help in the below
if a alert is generated , due to some issue in the interface, then in the alert mail we will get the alert code so with the help of that alert code , we need to extract the message logs and update the same in the alert mail & also if the alert is generated due to a time out issue in synchronous call then the request payload should come in the alert mail as a attachment. can this be possible. if possible please let me how this can be achived
I am using PO 7.4 single stack.

Enable payload in alert option in ID(Alert rule) and check if it satisfies your requirement.
