Creation of members and login on HCP

We have new hana production account. I am creating members and created one member with developer role. Please let me know how this user will login into the HCP. When we create members it only asks us member name and its role. Is I am doing something wrong?

Hi Ravish,

There is a difference between account members and portal administrators. To add portal administrators, in your account cockpit go to Services -> Portal Service -> Configure Portal Service -> Roles, and add the users to the TENANT_ADMIN role. Then login to the portal again.
