Factsheet are not working and not appearing in dropdown menu in Fiori Launchpad

Hello all,

We have implemented factsheet apps and are not yet able to see them on the launchpad (dropdown menu)

The enterprise search works very well in backend system

So as you can see we can have the supplier details (POrgs, Company Data, etc).

And when we try the search for something, following error message appears:

Our search backend system is TTB_100 and not TTA_100. So we went through the link in the error message and reconfigured the web dispatcher. But the error is still appearing. As I said TTA_100 is our frontend system and the search backend system is TTB_100.

Following SICF Services have already been activated.

Ah... well good start but there's a bit more to turning on the Enterprise Search for factsheets than that.

You haven't told us which HANA release you are on?

That's important as the instructions can vary for each release/sp. 

If you go to help.sap.com and go to the S/4HANA help "User assistance for S/4HANA" link...

For your particular release/sp you should find a link to the relevant UI Technology Guide

In there you should find instructions on how to set up "Fiori Search" or "S/4HANA Enterprise Search" with detailed instructions and a list of the relevant SAP Notes to check for any additional release information.
