SAP on Oracle database with Automatic Shared Memory Management (ASMM) enabled SUPPORTED?

I would like to know if SAP is supported on ORACLE database 12c with with Automatic Shared Memory Management (ASMM) enabled.

I think the old feedback suggest to disable this feature but now I think that is a useful and perfromance feature to enable.

Hi Mario,

Please check note 105047 - Support for Oracle functions in the SAP environment.

Also take care with note 1873631 - Session fails due to memory overflow on the database level.

So ASSM is supported but no recommended, the problem is that for me is an old recommendation tested on Oracle 10/11 not on Oracle 12.

note 1873631 suggest to disable it if you have problems....not to disable at all.

This note 105047 is already up-to-date. However, I'm not sure if function ASMM is tested on Oracle 12c.

Please also check note 1888485 - Database Parameter for 12.1.0.2.
