HCI - Error when connecting to an FTP server

Hi experts !

I created a specific integration flow which at the end create an XML file on an FTP server, SAP opened the port 22,  I added the known hosts to HCI and the Outbound SSH Connection test went OK and the files were created.

Today I found that HCI was unable to connect to the FTP server, I tried the Outbound SSH Connection test once again and I'm getting the following error message :

com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: timeout: socket is not established

I didn't touch any thing in HCI. Any idea about the route cause ? it is a bit urgent.

Thanks.

Hi,

are you able to open the FTP server via external tool? Also check what is the timeout setting for FTP connection in HCI.

Thanks for your quick answer. Yes I used WinSCP and fileZilla to acces the FTP server and it's working.

The timeout is a quite large the last flow took nearly 320 Minutes before going down.
