SAP Mobile Secure error

Hi all,

I am registered to HCP Cockpit https://accounts.sap.com/saml2/idp/sso/accounts.sap.com, I activated  'App & Device Management'.

When I trying to access the 'Admin Console', return the error 'Single Sign-On (SAML) authentication failed. Please try again or contact support.'

Help me to correct this error.

Are you talking about HCP trial?

what happens when you run this url https://portal.sapmobilesecure.com/?account=trial-xxxxtrial

replace xxxx with your HCP trial userID.

Hi,

it is to HCP trial, I tried the url https://portal.sapmobilesecure.com/?account=trial-xxxxtrial with my HCP trial userID, but I get the same error .

Do You have other ideas?

Mario - when did you activate the account?  Sometimes the App & Device management service can take more than a few minutes to fully provision. 

Also - if you're able to send to me the account ID I can check on the provisioning status.
