Approval year of the apprapriation request

Hi Gurus,

I am working on SAP PS and Investment program scenario.

My approval is 2016

In appropriation request --> varients --> plan versions --> approval year is showing as 2013. it supposed to show 2016. It is showing up to 2013 only.see my screen

How i can include up to 2016?

Hi hemu,

You can copy Im program in t code IM28 then it shows you 2016. There are some pre-requisites that needs to be carried out before your do the transfer (like budget carry forward, commitment carry forward etc).

Hi Ravi Thanks for your reply,

If i am not wrong,My question was How to change the approval year in appropriation request as showing in screen shot.i need approval year as 2016 instead of 2013

I checked the said link and  not able to find the answer,

Please elaborate the answer

Hi

I solved this problem through below link

Change Planning year in IMA11 | SCN

Solution:-

go to this node in SPRO Investment Management>Planning in program>Version>Assign version to approval year

here you have to assign the plan version to the approval year & program type..if you dont find entries for 2016 then create for 2016.
