Hi Gurus,

I am new to SNC. I would like to build my knowledge on SNC Customer Collaboration.

Do we have any SAP std handbook for this?

How I can build my skill on this scenario?

Hi Aniket,

I asume that you know SAP SNC tool and you would like to extend your knowledge in SNC Customer Collaboration area. If you dont have knowledge on SCM - SNC tool then i will suggest you to start from basics of SNC

Secondly, i will suggest you to check the SAP SNC Help area related to Replenishment options.

This will give you initial information related to Customer Collaboration.

Hi Aniket,

SAP does not provide any std handbook for Customer Collaboration. You can use sap.help portal to get an insight on Customer collaboration process and configurations.

You can also google some SAP docs regarding customer collaboration.

Non-standard scenarios in SNC book will also help in learning Customer collaboration.

Last, but most useful, post specific questions on this forum...
