Model user access issues

Hi Experts,

We are on grc 10.1sp12 and having few issues on model user request.

1. When we select a model user, all the roles of the model user are getting displayed. few roles are displayed as REMOVE action. After analysis we found that the User who raised Model user request, if he has extra roles then those Roles are getting as Remove Action. The Roles of the Model user is displayed correctly but the extra roles of the user requested is automatically displayed with REMOVE action.

Please suggest, is it the correct behaviour or any configuration settings are available.
