EWM ID Point

For example, if we have assigned the ID point storage type 0081 to the storage type 0080, and want to put away goods in the storage type 0080, then EWM proposes the ID point storage type 0081. In SAP EWM all the process can be done in SAP standard including WT creation auto?. Once storekeeper scan the HU the RFUI able to determine the WT and request to scan final storage bin. Please advice. Thanks

Hi James,

You can keep it very simple if you don't have complex processes defined at ID-Point without using ID point.

Configure LOSC with the storage sequence in your case 0080 and 0081 where 0081 is your intermediate storage type. As soon as HU available at the GR-PROD bin with the help of PPF which is configured for auto WT creation system will create two WTs. 1 for your intermediate St. type and another for your destination.

For your intermediate storage type WT define different WPT (copy of 3030 e.g. Z030) and then change the setting to autoconfirmed at the WPT level.

Hence as soon as the 2 WT created with respect to your LOSC setting first will be autoconfirmed and another one can be confirmed by the user using RF screen for final destination. However there should be manual co-ordination between the ID point user and final putaway user.
