Cannot start integration builder

hi,

When I click on integration builder then I get java security related errors and I cannot open the link

so I added it in java exception site list.

then it worked and I can open integration builder and integration directory.

Then I logged off and logged in again, this time from IE. first time I did from chrome.

When I click on integration builder, now I get different message - Unable to Launch Application. and details I have put below, InitializeError

This is the first time I am opening the PI system for my system and my ID

I can open the integration builder for QA system , after adding it in java exception list.

The given thread has similar problem, but the error is different. When I try to follow it, I click on Administrator and I get another error.

hi, removed the entries from java webstart and it worked.
