I am installing SAP Screen Personas 3.0 in our ECC 6.0 NW 7.4 landscape. When I ran Maintenance Optimizer for our DEV system, it gave me the option to install SAP_UI 7.50. I chose that option and installed Personas and SAP_UI 7.50. Now in the SAPGUI, the text boxes and buttons are about 1 1/2 times bigger than before. Is this expected behavior with SAP_UI 7.50 or did I do something wrong? Is there a way to change the controls back to the size they were under SAP_UI 7.40?
I found that if I set the /personas/run_mode parameter to 0 or O, the screens go back to the way they were before I installed Personas and upgraded to SAP_UI 750. Apparently, the issue was caused by Personas, not SAP_UI 750. I don't know if this is a problem with Personas or if that is just the way it is supposed to work. I guess our users can live with the bigger screens.
