Print Icon Missing in Issue Output To

In VA03 menu > Sales document > Issue Output To, the Print icon is missing as shown below:

However, for some users, it is showing as below which should be correct:

Both were logged in from the same workstation, using the same Sales Order.

Have also checked the user parameters. So other than user authorization, I can't think of any other reason for the cause of the missing print icon but not sure where to check.

I checked and compared between users who can see and users who can't see.

Those who can see have the authorization object V_VBAK_VKO with ACTVT 04 in at least a role assigned to their account.

I am asking my Basis to add the same authorization object to my account to test out.

"other than user authorization" - well, have you actually checked if it's an authorization issue?

Hi,

Is the icon missing only for one particular output type or for all output types ?

If it is for all output types , then it could be authorization issue, If it is only for one particular output type, then you may have to look for  your Driver Program in debugging mode
