IGS is not available RC=1, No charts will be display

Hi All,

We have done Quality refresh of SAP APO with production data, i have done restoration of ORACLE perfectly.

After that i integrated the LC in LC10 for Quality server after remove the Production.

Performed Restoration of Live cache database with Production data.

i have changed the SQL ID SAP<SAPID OF PRDUCTION> to SAP<SAPID OF QUALITY> using the command

rename command.

Now when we start the Livecache it is showing the Below Error.

Please suggest how to resolve this error.

I am performing the APO Quality refresh first time.

     please check igsmux_mt & igspw_mt both services are running or not.

please run GRAPHICS_IGS_ADMIN using se38

& also check rfc connection  IGS_RFC_DEST

RFC Destination also working, ithink there is a problem userid and password, but unable to find where it is.

Please help on this.
