Blank screen after Login in Fiori Launchpad

Hello Experts,

Using url https://ABC/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/Fiorilaunchpad.html?sap-client=100

I am getting Fiori launchpad login screen, after login I am getting blank empty screen.

I have already activated required services and it was working properly, I don't know what went wrong.

What could be the problem?

Please share the SAP_UI add-on package version and SAPUI5 library version.

Something is wrong in the SAPUI5 library version.

SAP_UI 750 SP04, SAPUI5 library version 1.38.7 is the latest.

Hi Masa,

I guess that is not the issue, because it was working fine before, from last 2 days we are facing this problem as we where trying to configure web dispatcher. I guess something is wrong in SICF configuration.

In our sandbox system, we have SAPUI5 library version is 1.28.23 and is working fine.

Hi Veerang,

What can you see when you logon the URL begins with hostname of frontend server?

Did you correctly configure the SSL and import certificates between web dispatcher and frontend?

You can check trace files under directory /usr/sap/<SID>/<instance><no>/work

Keep on reloading the page

and clear the cache and wait for 2 mins.

I also got the same issue,

by doing this apps displayed after 2 mins.

Don't know weather it is a correct way or not...

I have cleared the cache and refreshed many time but still the blank screen and also checked in different browsers.
