Key figure copy from one location to another in same PA

Hi,

We have a requirement to copy values of a particular keyfigure for Location 1 into values of same key figure for Location 2 in the same planning area/book - and both are time series KFs.

Is it possible to do it with macros? Can anyone please share a sample macro or guide how to go about it?

Note: I have gone through old scn discussions but did not find useful specific help.

This cannot be done via macro.
You can try to do this using /sapapo/rlgcopy.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion. Can you help me more - I am not finding any "location" field in this transaction. Also not sure what selections to make.

Hi Rohit,

In the COPY TABLE Panel, Click on MAINTAIN ENTRIES button,

Create a Copy STEP with attributes which defines the logic

Here you need to give the required details and save it.

Then Execute the Realignment after filling all the necessary attributes in the main screen.

You have two options:

1) Copy from the backup cube using RTSCUBE report if data exists in the level you expect

2) Macro: Run this at the required level. You will get the desired data copied.

Level 1: Select Range

  Level 2: Select Step

    Level 3: Row <Target KeyFigure> =

      Level 4: Row <Source Key Figure>
