Error in Source system-No entry for <user> in table RSADMIN Available

I have a user id with SAP_ALL

But when i try to create source system, i am getting the follwoing message

No entry for <user> in table RSADMIN Available

hi,

use the transaction rscusta

create user and enter the user

BW User ALE ALEREMOTE

or

rsa1 --> setting --> global setting ...
