The connection has timed out

Hello,

I am new at Webi Restful Web services. I reached out to error using URL from CMC. I used <ServerName>:6405/biprws/ url on browser, but got "The connection has timed out" error. Can you advise what I should do to fix this. Interesting thing that the service is not working on production server, but DEV server URL is working. Any ideas what I should do to fix it on production?

Hi Simonas,

I suspect this is a firewall / proxy issue on Production.  Can you ping the server name?  Try the server's internal IP on the URL to bypass the firewall,   Try using Localhost on the server to make sure it works there and the WebApplicationContainer service is up and running.
