Reference Tab Details are not Auto-populated in QM01

Hi All,

I am trying to create a Notification from a Defect using QA32 transaction. The process that I am following is as given below:

1. Go to QA32 and select the Inspection Lot for which the Defect needs to created.

2. Fill up the defect details and activate the same:

3. Create the notification for the defect:

4. As can be seen all the Reference tab details are blank:

Can someone please help with the same? Do keep in mind that I am technical developer and I have tried to debug the standard code but couldn't find anything. Also, it works fine with certain inspection lots and give the above shown output with others. Is there any configuration that I should be aware of for the same?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hello,

Execute report RQMQNC10 to update any missing data for serial number.

Check the configuration of notification type ZF.

SPRO -->QM -->Quality Notifications -->Overview of Notification types --> Select ZF -->go to Screen Areas in Notification header : Here check Screen type for  Object
