How to cancel FO if the Execution status is Executed

Hello TM Gurus,

We figured out that many FUs were assigned wrongly to this FO, the problem is that this FO was set to executed manually.

Is there anyway to cancel a Freight Order, when the Execution status is equal to Executed?

In other words, how to rollback hwen the FO is Executed?

Hi Maher,

As this is a specific case, for these FO's you can set the Execution status to 'In Execution' from Executed through BOBT t.code manually or a write a utility program and then cancel the relevant freight Order.

Unfix the FO [Fixing button in FO] and try changing the FO. Usually when the execution status changes the FO gets fixed. You options will be limited if subsequent steps like Freight settlement etc.. are already completed.
