Enabling 68I MvT to create inspection lot with 01 inspection type

Dear SCN members,

could you please give me a hint, how 68I movement type could be customized to enable it creating the inspection lot with 01 inspection type.

The point is, 68I is in fact similar with 68E-109 MvT, but in one step (from issuing plant's stock in transit directly to receiving plant' stock).

I tried to customize it through T156Q and T156SY, but did not succeed. Could try T156SY, but would it help? This table belongs to SAP, and changing it might be vulnerable for the system.

How is it risky to change T156SY? Are there other ways to get 68I to create an inspection lot with proper inspection type?

What version are you on?  Do you have a particular solution installed?

I'm not showing those movement types in my system.

And normally, you shouldn't change the movement types as they relate to QM.  SAP specifially took away the ability to add/change/delete inspection origins assigned to inspection types.

We have SAP ERP 6.0 EHP6. No specific solution installed.

These movement types are enabled from SAP ERP 6.0 EHP4 (as I remember).

I guess these movement types are really not subject to be changed.

Yes. You cannot change the movement type - inspection lot origin relationship as it is defined by SAP and cannot be changed.

I checked in base pack & EHP6 as well, and I also couldn't find this movement type
