BTC job was "onhold" status due to RFC response

Hi,

While installing GRC 10.1 "addon" in my system, the addon was scheduled in background mode. After that i  checked that job  in sm37.The job was in "active" status.But when i check that job  in SM50 t-code the WP is in "onhold" status due to RFC response.I think the job was not running.

Please help me for further action to take.

NW version: 7.5

Addon: GRCFND_A 10.1

Hello,

do you have anything in the spool or any other system / error message (ST22)? Normally the installation works without any issue.
