Planning Status on CRM Service Order, MRS

Hello Experts!

I got an interesting doubt, my company own SAP MRS v10. I want to know why when I create a service order on CRM and I look for it on MRS, it doesn't appear, but when I change the status of the item to "released" it appears on MRS but with a check on the Planning status.

What is needed to be done to get the service order in MRS without the check on planning status?

Hi,

It seems customizing issue, in general business processes when a demand is in release status it get fetched to the MRS planning board unless.

BTW are you using MRS10 V1 or V2? I suggest go for SP2.

So try to change the customizing if you still face any issue please get back.

Hi Ravi, where can I check or verify why is happening that?

Is just when I create the service order and release the item, and look for it on MRS has the Planning status Icon with the check of Planned, but have been doing a research and haven't found any clue on getting this problem solved..

I would like to know how I can make the CRM Service orders with the status of not planned.
