hello friends pls respond to the following scenarios

1. If the customer say that he do not want the free good as extra, instead he asks to reduce that amount from the total amount how you will handle this scenario

2.If the business offers different rates for the material basing on the quantities, the break up should appear in the sales order which carries the net value.How you will customize this scenario

3.can you carry out pricing for a material while creating a delivery document

<b>We can do this by free goods without item generation using NRAB condition.</b>

2.If the business offers different rates for the material basing on the quantities, the break up should appear in the sales order which carries the net value.How you will customize this scenario

hai,

for the first query:

we can give a customer instead of free goods we can reduce the price worth of that goods by customising in VBN1 - there a 3 options 1.inclusive2. exclusive.3. freegoods without item generation, here select option 3. then run a order,

then u will not get any free item for that, instead u will get the value deducted from the price. see the effect at conditions in the order.

second query

we can give different price to differing quantities for the material in SCALES

in maintaining condition records for that materia.

third query :

here u cant carry a pricing for that material.

Hi Friend,

For the above scenario u have to work with the free good condition type NARB where u can give the customer discount instead of Free goods with the specified requirements as per the standard pricing procedure RVAA01.

Here you cannot change in the free goods screen or free good scenario. You have to create another Scenario where you are going to give some reduction in the price for that particular customer.
